Over the years of practicing Massage Therapy, I've grown more confident in my work and knowledge and have been able to successfully build a private practice.

I specialize in therapeutic massage and nutritional therapy. Nationally Certified Massage Therapist with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Sciences. As a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my consultation process consists of assessing a 3 day food journal, detailed personal interview, nutritional questionnaire, functional evaluation, neruo-lingual testing to determine an individualized, specific nutritional plan based on a properly prepared, nutrient dense whole foods diet.
