Engineering Consultants, Incorporated (ECI) is an engineering consulting firm, established as an Idaho Corporation in 1976. This growing company provides HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and additional engineering services for projects throughout the United States. ECI has extensive experience in the management of complex projects which includes multiple engineering disciplines within our own company and multiple sub-consultants. Our company manages seven engineering disciplines for our clients, allowing a single point of contact for all specialties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, controls, fire alarm, and fire protection.

Founded in 1917, HDR is an employee-owned architectural, engineering and consulting firm. It maintains more than 150 offices throughout the world. The firm maintains a staff of over 6,000 employees. HDR provides a range of asset and construction management, as well as architectural design services. It offers risk analysis, wastewater treatment, and environmental and hazardous waste management solutions. The company also provides a variety of interior design, landscaping and laboratory consultation services. In addition, HDR offers capital planning and decision analysis solutions.
