Pop's Smokin' It

History

There are very few things better than enjoying barbecue foods. Pop's Smokin It, LLC was started because the bank of mom was closed. My children were always asking for money, so I purchased a food truck as a way to help them earn money and become more responsible adults. However, Pop's Smokin It has grown to be much bigger than I had ever imaged. Pop's Smokin It, LLC started in Portland, Oregon, and now we are back in North Idaho where I had originally purchased Pop's Smokin It from Julius and Elinda Hesson. We are located parking lot of Nashville North. On Friday and Saturday nights were serve the patrons of Nashville North.

Beef brisket, pulled pork, and chicken all from local sources and killer homemade Mac n' Cheese.
