Wish 1 Star wasn't even an option. I have had NOTHING but problems with this credit union. Someone once called, told Me "there's a problem with your check" asked for my social security number...

Very rude customer service. Lacey in the loan dept would not let me speak, she kept interrupting me and talking over me. Her tone of voice was very condescending. I don't appreciate being spoken...
