They are then processed and set in the yard on stands in a safe manner for the customer to pull parts from, at a fraction of the typical new part price. Each vehicle is given an identification number to keep track of it. This enables us to tell you if we have the vehicle and its location. However, we do not keep inventory of parts. We hire locally and provide employee training, job skill development, health and other benefits to our employees. We also create revenue through sales tax and local sourcing of supplies and services. We assist our local police and fire departments with the use of our facilities for continuing education and training. All batteries and catalytic converters are removed for recycling. We are also participating in a nation wide effort to keep mercury out of our water stream by removing mercury switches and recycling them.
