Philippe A. Masser, MD, RVPI specializes in acute and chronic venous disease, dialysis access, arterial occlusive and aneurysm disease, and cerebrovascular disease. Dr. Masser earned his bachelor's degree from Williams College and completed his general surgery training at the University of Washington. He served four years as a general surgeon in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
