U.S. Geothermal is a renewable energy development company that operates several geothermal power plants at Raft River in Idaho and San Emidio Desert in Nevada. The company s Neal Hot Springs project in eastern Oregon consists of more than 9 square miles of geothermal energy and surface rights. It owns and leases approximately 8.2 square miles of land with a geothermal reservoir. U.S. Geothermal holds geothermal rights for land that comprises Raft River and San Emidio projects. The company s San Emidio geothermal project operates a binary power plant thatcomprised of approximately 22,000 acres of private land administered by the Bureau of Land Management. It has partnerships with Syringa Bank, Bank of Montreal, GeothermEx and Computershare.
