The staff just doesn't care, and it shows. A staff member at the entrance neither greeted me on my way in nor said goodbye on my way, despite having nothing else to do.

I'm accustomed to Old Navy not being the monster organized store but this one in particular is a mess. Impossible to find styles or sizes you are seeking, particularly in the kids section.

Wow. If you want to spend hours digging through piles of clothing on tables, then you will love it here. This store is in serious need of better training and more payroll hours. It's embarrassing...
