Don't even bother with them. Just order what you need from Amazon. My daughter tore a tendon in her knee and dislocated her kneecap. She needed a brace, but she's only 10 and very thin....

They refuse to answer the phone, won't return messages, how they are able to run a effective bussines is beyond me. Don't waste your time!
