Garco s in-house design team provides architectural services, engineering services and a full slate of construction design services. In addition, the company offers a number of commercial development services through it Garco Development Services division, including land acquisition analysis and comparison of multiple alternative sites, property site layout, coordination of on-site and off-site utility design, preparation of development budgets, cost benefit reviews of leasing vs. ownership and the preparation of the development schedule. Garco Construction maintains its corporate offices in Spokane, Wash.

Today, Paintcrafters-Plus, Inc. is a multi-faceted company, all of which involve painting in some way. Our new projects, whether they be commercial or residential, our philosophies are the same. Founded in 1990, Paintcrafters-Plus, Inc. started with two employees and two service vehicles. Originally the "Plus" in the logo came from doing many different items: roofing, drywall and tile to name a few. Today, Paintcrafters Plus, Inc. is a full service painting contractor that specializes in residential, commercial and industrial painting both for the interior and exterior. We have a very low employee turn over and many of our painters have remained on staff with us over the past 18 years. Our employees have pride in their trade and enjoy their work.
