History

Nampa Bingo's origins go back to 1992, when the Knights of Columbus began holding bingo nights in the Dempsey Hall basement to raise money for St. Paul's Catholic School. By 1997, enough money was raised to build the current building at 2900 E. Railroad St. Under Idaho law, bingo operations must give at least 20 percent of their earnings to charity. Nampa Bingo usually gives much more than that, with at least $260,000 going to charities each year. Over the years, Nampa bingo players have given millions to charity.
