Discover the rich history of the Coeur d'Alene Region. Exhibits on geology, Coeur d'Alene Tribe, railroad, steamboats, recreation, logging, 1910 Fire and Forest Service. Museum gift shop with great selection of locally made items, huckleberry products, and souvenirs. Museum open April 1 to the last Saturday in October. Library and office open year round by appointment.

There is some good historical information in the museum and they had an interesting WW II exhibit. The exhibit space is fairly small but some good details. Unfortunately whoever runs the museum...
