The Gem State's premier history and science center, immersing visitors in interactive exhibits on Idaho's cultural and ecological history, alongside world-class traveling exhibits, a children's discovery room, and a full calendar of programs and events for all ages. Accommodations available for those with mobility, visual, and hearing impairment and sensory sensitivities. Open October 1, 2022, through January 29, 2023, reminisce and play in Toytopia, an interactive exhibit all about the history of toys and games. Play the "Big" piano with your feet, build with Lego and Potato Head toys, walk through the life-size dollhouse, and challenge your friends to classic '80s arcade games.
