I've never had any issue with Jimmy John's. Their customer service is always top-notch. Their food is always fresh good company altogether. .

For a fast food sub shop its pretty good. The don't have the variety you would see at other sub shops as far as different types of bread, cheese, among other things but the quality is much better...

My favorite sandwich joint, the bread is perfect and it is always well-made. I also like all the quotes in the walls.

FREAKY SLOW!! There are other JJ locations not too far away. Keep driving. I placed a mobile order, showed up 10 min later. They hadn't started my sandwich. 1 customer in store, 2 cars in drive...
