The testing and installation took some time, but is was winter. Installation went well and I was happy with the result. They had a router I could purchase and they would set up (not included)....

Until I cancelled my service I was happy, but then they charged me for an extra month of service and claimed that they had a 30 cancellation policy which I had never seen or signed. So I got hosed...
