Biddulph completed a BS in Zoology at Brigham Young University, where he graduated as valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude. He continued on to complete medical school at the University of Utah. Following graduation, Dr Biddulph completed a residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Diagnostic Radiology and a teaching appointment at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ as a Senior Associate Consultant in Radiology.
