I've purchased four machines here, had my older machines serviced and everything was perfect. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my machines serviced, and I've also had my vacuums serviced....

The new location is huge. Lots more of everything! I bought my new machine here and they were so helpful about finding just the machine I need. The machine service department is very good....

Very friendly, fixed my sewing machine in great time. I wish there were more fabric options for clothing!

Provide service one would expect. No greeting. Very rude. They lost my business. No excuses. If the store is open, service is key, irregardless of hour.
