Don Cantrell started working as a bus boy, at the age of 16, for a California pizza franchise. He was with this franchise for over 27 years, and through hard work and determination he became the proud owner of 9 franchised restaurants in Idaho and Washington. What an accomplishment! After dedicating himself to being a successful franchisee for several years, he decided to start his own franchise, which resulted in the concept of Idaho Pizza Company. Don started franchising Idaho Pizza Company restaurants in September of 1998. The franchise currently includes 15 restaurants across Idaho. Having been in the pizza business for many years, Don really knows what it takes to be successful in this industry, which is evident in Idaho Pizza Company restaurants we see today! On July 1, 2007, having decided to retire, Don sold the Idaho Pizza franchise to John and Leah McNicholl and their 4 children, Justin Bubba, Chrissy, Craig, and Lorana. Having successfully owned and operated the Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell Idaho Pizza restaurants since 1999, they know the business and what it takes to make it exceptional! They accredit their success, first and foremost, to being fully dedicated to their employees and customers, not to mention hard work, enthusiasm, and fantastic pizza!
