Sent me a threatening letter on behalf of somebody else, telling me I had x number of days to remove a Yelp review for someone else's business, even going so far as to say I "hacked" somebody else...

This firm lacked complete professionalism and couldn't even manage to get an email to communicate correctly. Don't dare question them on their large hourly fee with out getting a nasty letter.
