Very poor customer service. The manager Amy and Karen have poor demeanor and treat people with little respect. I spent over $350.00 for poor service and won't be back.

A piece of history in the McCall area. This hotel is quaint and very quiet even though it rest in the hub of downtown McCall,Idaho. The lake view is incredible and the dining is wonderful....
