Excellent service, especially for those traveling with dogs. The dog area is huge and well maintained with poo bags, trash cans, and benches. They bring carts to assist older dogs on long hallways...

Booked my room. Checked in online. Even got to where it was processing key. Got there and they told me they had no rooms. System glitch. No rooms within 100 miles. Unacceptable. Never again...
