About Associated Appraisers We are an established residential appraisal firm with an office located in Hayden, Idaho. The northern panhandle of Idaho is a unique area with property types ranging from manufactured homes and cabins to multi-million dollar seasonal homes. We deal with a wide variety of assignments that include waterfront, view, acreage, condominiums, and of course single family and 1-4 multi-family homes. Associated Appraisers of North Idaho was established by three partners in February 1988.
