These properties are owned by Greenbrier Associates, Ltd an Idaho limited partnership. The partnership has owned and managed student housing in Rexburg since 1985. In the beginning we housed 144 students, that number has since grown to 527. Over the years we have learned to have high expectations for our tenants. Therefore, we expect them to meet minimum cleanliness standards weekly and to take seriously the BYU-Idaho Honor Code.
