Farmers Mutual Phone Co Repair
History
FMTC was established in the early 1900's when residents found the need for telecommunications and telephone poles, lines and a manual switch was placed. In 1956 a new switching system was placed and the need for an operator discontinued. By 1979, we became the first telecommunications company in Idaho with a digital switching system, and not long after were able to discontinue the need for party lines. In 2017 we became a residential VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) provider. We now offer fiber optic Internet in over 95% of Fruitland and NuAcres, portions of Payette and New Plymouth and Hosted PBX IP phone sales and service to businesses.
