In 1990, PrecisionCraft Log & Timber Homes was established with the goal to provide clients with the means to realize their dream home. The company has completed more than 2,000 homes. Along the way, clients told the company what works and what doesn't work. In response, it developed the Total Home Solution, a comprehensive methodology that guides clients through every aspect of the homebuilding process. Aspen Contracting was named after the Aspen tree because its resilient, deep roots that can survive any natural disasters such as fires, floods, storms and ice. The roots of the Aspen tree have been known to be the longest living organism lasting more than 80,000 years. The Aspen trees lend leading roots to each other to help other Aspen trees when they are in need.
