This Crunch location works best for me given where I live. Far from perfect the cost makes it a great value. The guest policy is generous and I always look forward to seeing Aspen's smile!

Founded in 1978, Idaho Athletic Club, also known as IAC, is a privately funded fitness center in the Treasure Valley in Idaho. It operates Black Eagle Club, Caldwell Club, Eagle Club and Meridian Club. Idaho Athletic Club s facilities have pools and racquetball courts. Its clubs also feature sauna and steam rooms. Idaho Athletic Club s facilities provide classes in yoga and palates. Its clubs offer dance, cycling and kickboxing sessions. Did a Wellhub pass here and used their weight and cardio section and everything was clean and the team was nice and welcoming. Didn't use lockers rooms etc. but would definitely come back.
