Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We go here once or twice a month and the wait staff recognizes and greets us. Food is always good. We go in the early evening when it's less crowded.

Cracker Barrel continues it's decline. We stopped for lunch hoping for a satisfying, tasty meal before a long drive home. We both ordered the meat loaf dinners, which generally are pretty tasty....

Service was incredibly slow. We went in and were seated immediately and still didn't get our food til an hour after we got there. Waitress was slow and had attitude. She was short in her responses...

Just don't. Food had no flavor. The eggs were not even cooked right. Had to send back food. Only had sugar free blackberry jelly. Won't return.

Medium rare steak was medium in some places, and well done in the rest. Carrots and corn tasted like it was out of a can with no taste. Server came by at the end of the meal for the first time and...
