Based in Chubbuck, Idaho, Creekside Health Care is a provider of full range of home care and hospice services. The center's home care services include physical, speech, occupational therapy, insulin administration, intravenous therapy, blood sugar maintainence and catheter care, to name a few. It also provides with health aides for daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, exercise, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication assistance and monitoring of blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate. Creekside Home Care is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home care provider and is a member of Idaho Health Care Association.
