Community Partnerships of Idaho is a dedicated team of professionals working to improve the lives of children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. We help children and teens with disabilities discover new skills, become creative and resilient, and develop internal strengths that foster a life of well-being and independence. We respect the value of inclusiveness in a community and we assist adults with disabilities and their families to maximize self-sufficiency, safety, health and independence so that they can live and participate in their communities and maintain the highest quality of life. We understand the life-long challenges and concerns of parents and families of children and adults with disabilities. We work alongside the family to form a circle of strength and support through an individual's life of learning and achievement. We build strong, lasting relationships with our participants and the communities we work in.
