Community Partnerships of ID

Community Partnerships of Idaho, known as RISE, has been dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and families since 1987 by providing person-centered services across various states, including Idaho. Their innovative approach supports children, adults, and families with diverse needs, facilitating opportunities for growth and integration into community-based settings.
