I should have paid attention to the many lousy reviews which management seems to ignore because most of their credit unions have bad reviews . Poor customer service. Takes days to get a return...

Used to love this bank. As soon as they switched over I've had nothing but issues every week. Would highly recommend any bank other than this at this point

Try it out and find out how it works for you. It was a nightmare for me!!! The personell were uneducated, and couldn't care less about my concerns and needs.
