History

What a time to unveil Blue Rooster Realty! It was March 2008 and the market was on the precipice, teetering into one of the worst financial times and rotten housing markets in America's History - Talk about timing! It's almost funny. Almost. But Blue Rooster Realty survived! We're stronger than ever and have loyal clients who come to us time and again. We attribute the loyalty to our honest knowledge of historic Boise, namely the north end, and to our low key, low (if not nonexistent) pressure way of conducting business. How can you choose any other company than one where the owner/broker has family roots that go back over 100 years!!

We pride ourselves on having a small client to agent ratio so you'll have focused attention on your unique requests. We specialize in the historic homes and neighborhoods around Boise's older ends of town and can easily expand our expertise up Highway 55 to McCall or towards Idaho City. Relocation is another area that we are happy to help with. In many cases, we are able to go through the entire process without meeting our clients face to face - What an age we live in!
