Blister's BBQ is a small restaurant packed with lots of flavor. We're located just off Highway 20 in Rexburg inside of the Mother Hibbards gas station. We specialize in North Carolina style BBQ, which has a vinegar base. We also make a sweet-based BBQ for those with less refined tastes :) We're passionate and focused on making a quality meal at an affordable price for our customers, and not much else.
