Focus on the donors and not the numbers! The staff is great when they are not overwhelmed by way too many people to take care of. A 2-3 hour wait, even if you make an appointment, is absolutely...

The staff are great but the mismanagement of the schedule is insane! They open way too many appointment times without enough staff to cover. No one wants a 2+ hour appointment to donate plasma....
