Bear Lake Memorial Hospital

Bear Lake Memorial Hospital, located in Montpelier, Idaho, provides health care services for the residents of Bear Lake area. The hospital provides various inpatient, outpatient and emergency services, such as physical therapy, skilled nursing facility, mental health, speech therapy, emergency medicine and outpatient surgery services. The hospital also offers medical imaging services, such as CT scan and magnetic resonance imaging, and ambulance services, intensive care units and life flight helicopter service. Additionally, it offers services and programs, including home health and personalized care service; obstetrics and gynecology; dietary and nutritional counseling; eyelid surgery; and hospice program. Bear Lake Memorial Hospital also provides community health and education services, such as aquatic arthritis classes, diabetic education and baby track immunization program, pain management program and organizes senior citizen health fair. The hospital also operates the Bear Lake Valley Health Care Foundation that raises money for the hospital through grant writing and individual donations.
