Barbarian Brewing is an independent brewery that specializes in fresh, rotating IPAs (including hazy East Coast, West Coast, Imperial), kettle and barrel aged sours, barrel aged stouts, barleywines, and Scottish ales, Belgian ales, and a variety of other traditional and experimental ales. Our handcrafted ales are inspired by old world traditions, but our creativity isn't limited by style guidelines. We have a second location in Downtown Boise (Barbarian Downtown Beer Bar).
