Friendly. Approachable. Effective. Our sweet studio offers a fabulous variety of fitness classes for everyone in an intimate setting. Emily Nielsen opened Balance as a studio setting for her all-women, results-based fitness and wellness programs in December 2012. Since then, Balance has expanded into include a variety of effective group fitness classes - seven days a week!
