HistoryAfter working as a trainer for 3 years, Angela opened her first personal training gym in 2001. As she developed and refined her system of targeted strength training with High Intensity Cardiovascular intervals, she started doing more group training. In 2007, Angela and her husband trainer Rob Freeman, expanded into the bigger current space for their specialized private training with Rob doing more individual training and Angela focusing on the groups. There are two new additional offerings. One is Psychology of Eating coaching with Angela.
