Advantage Site Mixed Concrete, Inc is a local owner operated company. Dave Carlson has been in the concrete business in North Idaho for 24 years. He has owned Bonner Concrete Products, Inc ( which manufactures precast concrete products ) since 1991. In 2005 Dave started Advantage Site Mixed Concrete, Inc He saw the site-mix business as an opportunity to meet a need in the community for small concrete jobs. Small jobs are often difficult to schedule and are not as profitable for Ready-mix companies. SAVING THE CUSTOMER MONEY we offer a smaller minimum load and are able to measure the exact amount of concrete that was used for the job. Ordering additional concrete to be sure there is enough is never necessary.
