Founded in 1996, Advance Financial is a family-owned and operated financial center based in Nashville, TN, operating locations from east to west, covering Tennessee. Advance Financial employs more than 400 local representatives. The company provides a wide variety of financial services - including wire transfers, bill payments, unlimited free money orders, ATMs, and lines of credit. In 2022, Advance Financial was named to the Top Workplaces by the Tennessean. That same year, they were also voted The Best Employers for New Grads and America's Best Midsize Employers by Forbes.

BH1, based in Nashville, Tenn., is a freestanding and self-sustaining nonprofit organization with a governing board of directors. Its primary function is to manage assets and liabilities through investment, liquidation of assets and liabilities and support of the growth of healthcare services. To this purpose, BH1 owns and operates two specialty hospitals known as Baptist Women s Treatment Centers, located at Baptist Hospital in Nashville and Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, Tenn. It also owns and operates a nurse staffing agency called Angel Healthcare Staffing. BH1 makes periodic investments in other institutions that are designed to generate funds to retire future liabilities of the company.
