The XTERRA Trail Run is just another thing I decided to do on a whim-something fun to do on the weekend and I thought to myself-"Meh, won't be too bad. You do other 5k's with no problem!" Problem...

Did this race many times now (10k once and 21k four times). Last Sundays race was beautiful but course has changed. I think harder than before. And really muddy/blown out which slows you down....
