Founded in 1967, the Windward Nazarene Academy is a ministry of the Kaneohe Church of the Nazarene. The academy focuses on the spiritual, academic, social and physical development of students. It serves students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The academy offers classes in mathematics, reading skills, history, science, health education and Bible studies. The Windward Nazarene Academy also provides lessons in music, art, computer applications and physical education. The academy operates before- and after-school programs. In addition, it serves a variety of lunch options. The Windward Nazarene Academy is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools.

A great school!!! I wouldn't send my three keiki anywhere else if I had the choice. Our children have been reading since Preschool...... The best part of it is that our kids come home raving...

A very Outstanding school! My children attended WNA from Preschool through 8th grade. Each attended 11 years of schooling here and loved it...They are now in high school and college and continue...
