Wow, walked in and asked a teller a simple question and got the stink eye and a rude tone in her answer! I believe her name was HAWLEE, or some other strange spelling. I guess they do not want...

Trying to access your account online is difficult. There is no 24 hour customer service. The tellers being nice is the only good thing about this credit union. Navy Federal Credit Union is better.
