My wife and I began experimenting with a pineapple vinegar recipe in 2016. In Feb 2018 we registered Vintage Vinegars - Hawai'i LLC and began production in a commercial kitchen in Pearl City, Oahu.
Specialties
We create raw vinegars from local produce on the island of Oahu. Currently we're featuring our raw pineapple vinegar also available with 2 different infusions, liliko'i (passion fruit), and spicy chili pepper. All 3 are excellnt additions to your pantry and offer a versatile range of uses AND benefits!
