Located in the hip surf town of Paia on the north shore of Maui, VANA celebrates the flavors of Hawaii and showcases locally grown ingredients and Japanese inspired dishes. Our menus feature farm fresh salads, local seafood, vegetarian items, sushi, steak and desserts. Our chefs carefully created our brunch and dinner menus while Danny, our mixologist developed prohibition-inspired cocktails. Wine aficionados will appreciate having our sommelier, Vanessa to assist with pairing recommendations. Tucked behind the historic Paia Inn, guests can enjoy three different dining experiences at VANA; our main dining area, the Raw Bar where our sushi chef can be seen in action and our Green Bar where the cocktail magic happens.
