Tropic Lightning Taekwondo, established in April 1997, is a martial arts academy located in the heart of Waipahu, Hawaii. Inspired by the 25 Infantry Light Division on Schofield Army Base, their program focuses on character development, mental endurance, physical fitness, and martial arts discipline for students of all ages.
With a curriculum based on the Olympic World Taekwondo Federation style, Tropic Lightning Taekwondo offers supervised training sessions led by qualified instructors who aim to bring out the best character and physical potential in each student. Their goal is to convey the benefits of taekwondo, including improved muscle tone, increased cardiovascular fitness, lower stress levels, increased energy, and greater flexibility.

Mr. Dan is amazing teacher and he always breaks down the techniques. Kids are always joining his classes and black belts always come back and help out because they love it. It's like family here....

Just started bringing my son year he is 7 years old now and he loves it here. Never complains about going. We've been attending for 3 months now. The owner is very nice and all kids get along....
