TOR is a new boutique in Kailua near Chad Lou's. Our store was previously Philanthropy by Madison and Co., but is now under new ownership. The store is now owned by Caroline Hay and Russell Robinson and has some of the same products and price points and Philanthropy, with many new and exciting items as well! TOR Boutique is an extension of TOR Jewelry by Caroline Hay and carries her full line as well as many one of a kind pieces that cannot be found anywhere else!

We are a small boutique carrying women's clothing, jewelry, accessories, and home goods at very reasonable prices. We have a large collection of locally made jewelry as well as many unique products from around the world!
