HistoryTim saw the need of a single source for all Ka'u news and event coverage during the SARS-COVID-19 situation, by creating ChaCah Broadcasting Network LLC in 2019, to broadcast virtually (Internet) of local church broadcasts, allowing people to still attend their church services. As the Pandemic released more freedoms, Tim saw that a radio station is very needed, with all the limitations created during the pandemic still enforced, by having a media station cover public events, and more, it would allow the community members within Ka'u, the ability to be heard and thus count on important local events. In January 2021, Tim filed the paperwork to create Ka'u Radio. It's been a big endeavor to get it up & running, all by a wonderful set of volunteers, some experienced, most not, but we're all learning together!SpecialtiesWhat we specialize in?
