The Honey Hut has been a long time vision of siblings Elizabeth and Michael. Growing up in the industry with 2 chefs and avid gardeners for parents, our passion for food and agriculture shine bright in all our offerings. Our mission is to source as much as possible from our home gardens and create vibrant, delicious food for our community. We love supporting local farmers and entrepreneurs around the Big Island. We serve a seasonal, organic, farm to table breakfast menu along with a variety of fresh tropical fruit juices, teas and coffee. Come check out our humble little Hut and taste the vibrancy we curate!

Michael and Elizabeth are awesome peoples. Tried their Avo Toast out at the Waimea midweek farmers market and it was the most delicious avo toast and goodies topping it...definitely eat the flowers!

Great biscuit, avo toast and special beverages! The name might be a bit misleading g. Stop, check out the menu and try this. The food is not only delicious but presentation is wonderful.

We were on the way to the airport when we saw a sign for Hāmākua Harvest Farmers Market and decided to do a quick pit stop. I am so glad we did! This was by far the best avacado toast I've had....
