The Hang Out is a modern fitness studio teaching AntiGravity® Fitness techniques. Classes utilize the Harrison Hammock, a suspended fabric that acts like a soft trapeze. Students utilize the hammock for supported stretches, challenging balancing poses and to decompress the spine in zero compression inversions. New students must take a FUNdamentals or Restorative class. All Levels welcome.
